If you have had problems in the past with porch piracy, having your shipments delivered to the wrong address or not receiving your shipments, at all, please purchase LaN Signed Confirmation option.
When the mail carrier delivers your shipment, your signature is required. If you or an adult are not home to sign, a slip to pick up your shipment from the Post Office will be left on the door of your residence or in your mailbox.
Should you not retrieve your shipment, your shipment will be sent back to LaN. The customer will be responsible for re-packaging/re-shipping fees.
The original product(s) will be re-shipped. Please be sure to check your email for shipping updates.
